This session will give you the practical tools and confidence to set healthy limits, foster digital wellness, and guide your children to be responsible digital citizens. We will cover creating a family media plan, establishing clear rules, and managing screen time without constant battles.
Together, you will learn to mentor, rather than monitor, so your kids build a positive and safe relationship with technology.
